Linking the devices to your account
You can do this yourself, about 10 minutes. You copy two addresses from your account page.

Shelly app
Install the free Shelly Smart Control app, add both devices (if the electrician has not) and install the offered update.
Copy the address
On your Nem adom el account page, copy the address next to "Shelly devices: Outbound WebSocket" with the copy button.
Paste it into the meter
Open the meter in the app → Settings → Outbound WebSocket → switch on, paste the address, Save. If the app does not show it, the meter's web page (its IP address) has the same menu.
Same with the relay
Paste the same address into the Shelly Pro 1PM relay, or for a plug-in heater into the Shelly smart plug, too.
Production meter (if you have one)
If there is a Shelly meter on the inverter too, paste the same address into it as well, but only after the grid meter: the meter that connects second counts as the production meter.
Check
On your account page the device list turns green within a minute. If not, check that the Shelly reaches the internet and the address matches exactly.
